At All Season Custom Apparel, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-decorated apparel. Since all our products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, as we do not keep additional inventory.
Refunds for Damaged or Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or misprinted due to an error on our end, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. To request a refund:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your invoice number and clear photos of the issue for verification.
- Once we verify the issue, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
No Returns or Exchanges
Since all items are custom decorated and produced in exact quantities, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications and sizing information before placing an order. If you need guidance in selecting the right size or product, please reach out to us before ordering.
Backordered Items
If an item in your order is on backorder from our supplier, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the following options:
- Wait for the item – We will fulfill your order once the item is restocked.
- Select a different item – If you prefer, you may choose a different item of equal value as a replacement.
- Request a refund – If you prefer not to wait or select a replacement, we can issue a refund for the backordered item.
