Director of Operations

Karissa is the Director of Operations at All Seasons Custom Apparel and has been keeping everything running smoothly since 2022. She handles a bit of everything, customer quotes, building online merch stores, bookkeeping, apparel ordering, software rollouts, storefront support, and just about anything the day throws at her. She loves the constant movement of her role and being part of a small, family-run team.

Her experience spans administrative work, customer service and interior design, giving her a well-rounded perspective. Before her professional careers, she spent 10 years as a competitive figure skater before going on to perform with Disney on Ice, traveling to 23 countries over the course of three incredible years.

When she’s not at the shop, you can usually find her listening to Taylor Swift, at the gym with her husband, attending game nights with friends, or cuddling up with their pets at home.
