Jace has been part of All Seasons Custom Apparel since its founding in 1998. He began his career as our lead graphic designer, while also working in heat-applied vinyl production and assisting with custom engraving.

In 2006, Jace launched our screen-printing department, starting with a single manual press. Under his leadership, that department has grown into a modern operation featuring two six-color automatic presses and a six-color manual press.

With more than two decades of daily, hands-on experience, Jace has focused his career on producing exceptional design and uncompromising print quality. He has consistently worked to raise the bar for craftsmanship, never cutting corners, holding every order to the same high standards, and always aiming to deliver the best results for every customer, large or small.

In 2023, Jace became President of All Seasons Custom Apparel following the retirement of his father and founder, Steve Wilbert. Today, he continues to oversee screen-printing production both administratively and hands-on, while working directly with customers and leading our design and day-to-day operations.

Outside the shop, Jace is a husband, a father of three, and a professional guitarist.
