Ordering Minimums
Do you have a minimum order requirement for embroidery?
Nope! We’re happy to embroider one item or 500. We handle jobs big and small right here at our Wichita shop.
Do you have a minimum order requirement for screen printing?
Yes. We require a minimum of 15 items per design for screen printing. You can mix and match shirt styles, sizes, and colors as long as the design stays the same.
Turnaround Times
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from quote approval and final artwork.
During busier seasons (especially fall), it may take 3–4 weeks.
Need it sooner? Just let us know—we’ll always do our best to meet your deadline.
How long does it take to get a letter jacket or patches?
- Letter jackets: Usually 6–8 weeks, or 10–12 weeks during the busy fall season.
- Patches: Typically 4–6 weeks, with longer times in peak season. We do keep a small supply of letter jackets in stock—ask us what’s available!
Artwork & File Setup
What type of files do you need for screen printing?
A vector file is preferred for our screen printing set up. If you don’t have the correct file, we can create it for you!
What types of files do you need for embroidery?
Embroidery machines use DST or OFM files.
Don’t have the right file type? No problem. We’ll digitize your logo or artwork for you. Get a Quote
Bringing in Your Own Items
Can I bring my own shirts or gear in for embroidery or printing?
We can absolutely embroider any items you bring in, just be sure to read our Customer Supplied Items Terms & Conditions to understand how it works. We do not offer screen printing, CAD/Vinyl, or DTF on customer supplied items. If you are unsure if we can embroider something, bring it by our shop and we will take a look!

Screen printing prices depend on:
